General Info
* There are 7 type of 4th level wings that can be crafted (including capes) and it can be done in 2 STEPS

* Garuda Flame
--- drop location: Acheron
----- 2x lower drop (compared to Condor Flame) from monsters: Gnome and Ashraiser
----- 4x lower drop (compared to Condor Flame) from monsters: Undine (Trainee), Salamander (Trainee) and Sylphid (Trainee)

* Condor Shard (collect 5x Condor Shard pieces to craft Condor Flame)
----- drop location 3: Swamp of Peace, Barracks, Acheron (same drop rate in all maps)
* Condor Flame (collect 5x Condor Flame pieces to craft Garuda Flame)

Garuda Feather Combination

STEP #1:
* 3 level wings/cape +12+add (minimum)
* 10x Greater Spirit Stone (crafted from Ancient item +7+add)
* 1x Jewel of Chaos
* 1x Jewel of Creation Bundle +2 (30x creations - must be in type of Bundle, 30x Stacked won't be accepted)
* 1x Jewel of Bless Bundle +2 (30x blesses - must be in type of Bundle, 30x Stacked won't be accepted)
* 1x Jewel of Soul Bundle +2 (30x souls - must be in type of Bundle, 30x Stacked won't be accepted)
* Up to 120,000,000 Zen (120kk required in inventory, even if combination price is lower)

* Success combination = 60% success rate (Garuda Feather)
* Failed combination = items burned

STEP #2:
* Garuda Feather
* Garuda Flame
* 10x Golden Sentence (crafted from Exc item +7+add)
* 1x Jewel of Chaos
* 1x Jewel of Life Bundle +2 (30x lifes - must be in type of Bundle, 30x Stacked won't be accepted)
* 1x Jewel of Bless Bundle +2 (30x blesses - must be in type of Bundle, 30x Stacked won't be accepted)
* 1x Jewel of Soul Bundle +2 (30x souls - must be in type of Bundle, 30x Stacked won't be accepted)
* Up to 500,000,000 Zen (500kk required in inventory, even if combination price is lower)

* Success combination = 40% success rate (4 level wings/cape)
* Failed combination = items burned
